Frantz Chagnoleau 'Raspillères,' Viré-Clessé, Burgundy, France 2022

Frantz began his career working at Olivier Merlin post-oenology studies, while Caroline garnered international experience in Napa Valley before heading to Héritiers. Together, the pair bring their unique experiences to both the literal and metaphorical winemaking table, while also combining their shared passion for organic farming and minimal intervention in the vineyard and the cellar. At the estate, all fermentations are done exclusively with native yeasts, with élevage predominantly carried out in large-format French oak vessels.
