This tiny property is the classic Italian fattoria, producing wine, raising farm animals for trade and home consumption, and working the land to produce olives, fruits and vegetables. To this day, the Bea family raises and produces much of what they consume on a daily basis. Cotidie is a product of Giampiero Bea, son of the famous Paolo Bea. Like his father, Giampiero believes in the holistic relationship between earth and vine and how human interaction can affect the ecosystem. The wines are made with this philosophy in mind, allowing the vines to speak for themselves inside the glass. A Sagrantino-based wine from Bea’s younger vines, this is fresher and easier-drinking red compared to the robust wines from Paolo.
