Henri Boillot wines are constant in the best wine lists around. Always proving to be good value in the ever-increasing world of Burgundy prices. The wines are pure, with a little crisp toastiness from some amount of new oak. Supported by good acidity and freshness. Henri's son Guillaume is working with his father and represents the new generation to come, continuing the family tradition of the great Burgundy.

The 2019 Meursault Village is lovely, mingling aromas of pear, honeycomb, toasted nuts and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied layered and incisive, with lovely cut and concentration, it derives as usual from exclusively domaine holdings in several superior lieux-dits, including Narvaux, En la Barre, Limozin and Clos du Cromin.
