Domaine Hudelot-Baillet, located in Chambolle-Musigny, was created in 1981 by Joël Hudelot and his wife Chantal Baillet. Joël retired in 2004 and passed along the reins to his grand-in-law, Dominique Le Guen. His Bourgogne Rouge comes from a 1.19 hectare parcel within the village of Chambolle. Dominique is careful not to over extract his reds, keeping all that lovely freshness of fruit we like in a Bourgogne Rouge.
