All Hail Salvo Foti! Over the last 20 years the Godfather of Sicilian wine has restored the region's appreciation for tradition and terroir and revolutionized the landscape of Sicilian farming and viticulture. I Vigneri is a growers initiative started by Salvo Foti to highlight the unique growing sites of the Etna Mountain. The ‘Aurora’ comes from the village of Milo and is mostly a native grape called Carricante and 10% Minella. Salty, smokey, crispy, bursting with notes of green apple and asian pear.
