A domaine that was also a distillery.  Now one of the top white Burgundies in the world.  Jean-Marc took over the domaine in 1989 in full.   Low yields from old vines and Jean-Marc’s sensitive and highly detailed winemaking allow him to make wines so expressive of their terroir.  He is making Chardonnay in a chiseled style, not something you may associate with Meursault, but these wines are truly in it for the long haul.  Rocky mineral notes with fresh green apple & salty almonds give way to a beautiful refined wine.
