Kiki & Juan Orange Wine is a rich and full-bodied Spanish skin-contact wine. The wine ozzes notes of apricot, tangerine rind, acacia, and wildflower honey. The finish has a good tannic grip bolstered by a briny salinity and pithy texture. Macerated for 24 days, this co-ferment of Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc is aged sur lie in stainless steel. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with a low dose of sulfur.
