Gina Giugni is the second generation farmer behind her family farm in in the Sierra Foothills of California. She is on a mission to change the world through conscious farming efforts of biodynamics and regenerative farming efforts. Chevey is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay coming from the Oliver's vineyard in Edna Valley. It is farmed by her and the Talley vineyard manager, being converted to organic viticulture. The vines were planted in 1991, the “Chevey” pays homage to the traditional blends of France’s Cheverny region. A bright and playful blend with some serious backbone and green apple, apple blossom, lime zest & tangerine marmalade.
