Located in Chavot in the Côteaux Sud d'Epernay, a sub-region sandwiched between the Côtes des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne, the estate is run by Aurélien Laherte, who took over from his parents in 2005. The estate has become one of the most progressive and dynamic rising stars in the appellation. Technically he purchases fruit from other domaines to make his wines, however he is "purchasing" from his aunts and uncles who inherited parts of the original estate, only to bypass some French laws.

Soil: Clay-silt soils

Viticulture: Biodynamic 

Aged 30 months on the lees in barrels. Disgorged by hand, zero dosage.
