This utterly charming red is an IGT Terre Siciliane rosso made of  100% Nerello Mascalese grown at 350 meters altitude. The grapes are macerated with a combination of 60% destemmed fruit and 40% whole bunch to combine ripe purity and balanced depth. Made with organic, vegan methods, native yeast fermentations and very low sulfites, this is just so pure, tasty and light on its feet.  Only 2000 bottles produced.   

This is the perfect summer red for seafood, or with grilled meats & veggies, pasta, pizza, salumi and cheeses. This smooth Sicilian red tastes of red fruits, herbs and salty stones.
