Les Bêtes Curieuses 'La Perdrix de l'Année', Muscadet, France 2020
In May 2005, two winemakers bred in passion for the terroir of Muscadet met at the London international wine fair. A real friendship was born, as well as the beginning of Les Bêtes Curieuses. Winemaker at Château-Thébaud, Jérémie Huchet is a specialist in Muscadet, he knows Sèvre et Maine and its best terroirs like the palm of his hand. A pure Vendéen, Jérémie Mourat joined the family wine adventure in 1999. He then works to make indigenous grape varieties express themselves on the most characteristic and expressive soils of Loire Méridionale. This wine is a reflection of their love and dedication to the terroir of the Muscadet.
