This Poulsard has a delightful and balanced taste, with subtle hints of leather and sweet raspberries. The smooth tannins, cherry, and bramble fruit flavors make for an enjoyable experience. Loreline graduated with a degree in viticulture and moved to the serene village of Tourmont near Puligny after leaving the busy city of Montpellier. She founded Les Granges Paquenesses in 2010, where she planted 2 hectares of Savagnin, Chardonnay, Ploussard, and Trousseau, which are between 30 and 60 years old. Despite not being a native of Jura, her wines demonstrate her in-depth knowledge of the region's diverse soils and climate.

Pairing: a light fare, poultry, veggies
