Christian Binner, began this project as a way to help young growers in Alsace vinify their wines the natural way.  Friends helping friends.  This is a fun fruity orange wine from a grower named Stéphane.  Notes of citrus and green apple dance along the palate with bright tropical fruit flavors.  A must try for orange & natural wine lovers. 

Pairing: Roast and/or caramelised veggies, hearty faro salad

Grapes: Auxerrois, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc

Soil: Limestone Silt 

Viticulture: Biodynamic

Vinification: Natural, No Added Sulfur
