After years in pharmaceutical research, Ludovic Chandon, moved to the next chapter of his life, and in 2011 harvested his first vintage. He now organically farms 6.2 hectares of Chenin Blanc with some plantings to Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. These grapes are harvested during the first pass through the vines, and it reminds us of the old-school, more supple style of Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley. Bottle with some residual sugar adding structure and density to the natural acidity of the Chenin Blanc.
