Camille Thiriet and Matt Chittick founded Maison Thiriet in 2016, in the heart of the Côte-de Nuits. Their goal was to vinify the best grapes from less known areas around Burgundy who practice organic agriculture, and the result is beautiful. Camille Thiriet is a name to remember, we have been glad to watch her trajectory since the first vintage to hit NY, and year after year she impresses us more. Don't let it pass you, it won't last long. The name of the cuvée is a reference to the size of the plot, it is so small it’s practically a secret. The vineyard is located in Chablis and the vines are now 30 years old.
