Marc Plouzeau is one of the pioneers of organic agriculture in the Chinon region of the Loire Valley, a decision he made shortly after taking over from his father. For Marc, organics go beyond the health of the soil, it also means the health of everyone involved with the process, and this is a vision we can stand behind. His rosé is Sappy and focused in the mouth, offering bitter cherry and orange flavors. It's light and refreshing and goes down easy, perfect for a hot summer day!
