If you are already familiar with Marcel Lapierre, you already know that his wines are nothing like anything else; he's the reason for a whole new school of winemaking, which allows the vines to nourish without the use of any synthetic chemicals. He is one of the OG natural wine guys. Grapes for this new cuvée are mainly sourced from two parcels just across Morgon's village line. Unlike his entry-level wine, the grapes here are aged in barrels instead of tanks, giving it another dimension and depth, somewhere between the cuvées "Raisins Gaulois" and Morgon.

Grape: Gamay

Soil: Granitic Gravel

Viticulture: Certified Organic
