A prior pilot and an archery instructor couple who took over this winery in 2005, cultivating some of the most beautiful parts of Sicily. 2 hectares of terraced vineyards at the Contrada Pino, elevation of 800 meters, volcanic soils and 120 year old pre-phylloxera vines. Everything done with biodynamic principles. 

Pairing: Charred octopus with bone marrow, fresh herb and tomato sauce on fresh pasta.

Grapes: 90% Nerello Mascalese, 10% Nerello Capuccio
