The Coletti family has been farming their estate for generations in the terroirs between Colle Umberto and San Fior, which is located about 50 km north of Venice. They prioritize quality and respect for the terroir and nature by avoiding the use of chemical fertilizers for years to minimize interference with the natural ecosystem. The production cycle begins with cultivating vines, growing and selecting grapes, hand harvesting them in small crates, and concludes with bottling and labeling. By rediscovering native and traditional grape varieties such as Manzoni-13025, Recantina, and Glera, the family continues to maintain their legacy. The calcareous soils of glacial origin and southerly exposure offer the wines exceptional mineral notes and ripe fruit.
