Matthieu is the 7th generation of vigneron in his family, joining his grandfather in Cornas in 1997. While studying viticulture in Beaune Matthieu discovered his affinity with organic viticulture and the living ecosystem. According to him, the plant is happier in a wild environment rather than in a desert comprised of only vines. The wine undergoes 10 days of carbonic maceration, adding a lifted note to the wine. Aging is done for 9 months in stainless steel.
