Maxime Magnon makes some magical wines in Corbières. A true garagiste, he does everything himself, from farming nine parcels over eleven hectares, with steep vineyards that reach high altitudes, to all the vinification at a small cellar he rents. His wines offer great expression of fruit and approachability. He doesn't make a lot of wine so don't miss this opportunity! This wine is exotic and fragrant with notes of red fruits, tobacco & cinnamon.  A cut of braised slow cooked beef will be make you very happy.
