Maxime Magnon is a dedicated and passionate winemaker who personally oversees nine parcels of vineyards across eleven hectares with steep slopes and high altitudes. He expertly manages all the vinification at a small rented cellar. One of his exceptional creations is a richly hued rosé crafted from direct-pressed Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, and Grenache Blanc.
