In 1978, Bruno Tormena decided to dedicate himself full-time to the career of Vignaiolo. He learned the ways of the vine from his grandfather in the family vineyards, located in Mongarda, in which the estate takes its name. Col Fondo-style Prosecco is produced using bottle fermentation without any sugar added. There's no disgorgement, causing a little cloudiness but don't worry, this is a delicious frizzante style Prosecco.
