This small property in Alto Piemonte literally fell off the map in the late 70s. A negociant by the name Lorenzo Zanetta & his sons, Sergio and Valter, decided, in 1993, to revive the name and image of Monsecco, dedicating themselves to the task of producing the finest versions of the local wines using only local grape varieties. Nothing can be more haunting that the smell of roses and cherry one of these wines with a tiny bit of age.
