Nicole Deriaux is now the 3rd generation at Domaine Montbourgeau. The domaine is based in the town of L'Etiole in the southwest of the region. With the young Chardonnay vines, she makes a bit of Crémant du Jura each year! Classic aromatics of biscuit and baked bread, accompanied by bruised apple and lemon citrus.
