Nato Disobbediente translates to “Born Disobedient". Every year, Carlo Venturini and his wife Alessandra Zantedeschi produce a light, every day house wine for themselves. In 2018 they made too much and decided to bottle them as liters to sell to friends. Monte dall’Ora is located in the center of Valpolicella on one of the five ridges that descend in the valley, and made with the region's traditional varietals. This is lighter, easy drinking red with enough complexity to everyone happy, and it's a liter!

Grapes: 50% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara and Oseleta 

Soil: Limestone with has a red hue, unique to the region 

Farming: Biodynamic 

Pairing: Pizza, burger and fries, batatas bravas, mole
