Stéphane Moreau-Naudet put this Domaine on the map but sadly with his passing, left everything to his wife Virginie. Virginie has not skipped a beat in continuing Stéphane's great legacy & dreams. All of the wines are fermented using indigenous yeast with time in stainless steel. The 1er Crus see 1/3 18 mo in used barrel (up to 4 years old).  Virginie is capturing the best Chablis has to offer with its crisp acidity and unmistakable vein of salinity present from start to finish. Refreshing citrus and peach lead to a savory honeysuckle finish. This wine will age gracefully if you can resist drinking it now.
