Nikolaihof is one of the first wineries in the world to be certified biodynamic by Demeter. They are also one of the oldest documented wineries in the world, making wine for around 2000 years. Zwickl is a botting that forgoes filtration, the winery invites the drinker first to try the wine while it is resting upwards and the juice is clear, followed by a good shake-up to incorporate the sediment into the wine, giving you two distinct experiences. Energetic yet dense, with great length and depth from the long, slow fermentation that happens in 100% Stainless steel.
