This versatile, energetic California Cabernet is composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from Lake County, 10% Syrah from Mendocino, and 10% Petite Sirah from the Clear Lake AVA. While the Cabernet Sauvignon was raised for one year in neutral French oak, the Syrah and Petite Sirah were vinified separately in stainless steel.
