The history of Infates de Orleans de Borbon begins in 1849, with Don Antonio de Orleans, son of King Louis Philippe of France, who after an expedition fell in love with the Jerez decide this is where he would plant his roots. Today the winery is still owned by the Spanish Royal family and until recently not sold outside of the Royal house. 

Pairing: Salty food, anything fried, almonds, charcuterie, cheese, and even sushi
