Located in the heart of the Arbois appellation, in the village of Pupillin, this third-generation domaine is prime real estate for Poulsard and one of the most recognized terroirs of the Jura. All farming aspects are handled organically, exactly how it has been done for decades. We are lucky to have this wine in store as 90% of their production is sold to private clients, and not many cases make it to the US! If you are a Jura fan, don't sleep on this gem. It drinks like a dark rosé, the color is light, and the favors are savory. Ripe strawberry, chai spice, & a supple tannin. We love this wine.
