Pascal started with his parents in 1982 but the company split in 2004 with his sister taking some parcels and Pascal and Laure taking the rest. Pascal is a strong believer that the wine is made in the vineyards and the difference between the Pascal's parcels is a big indication of that. As he often says “It’s the viticulture that makes the difference, not the vinification.” A Blanc de Blancs bursting with energy and verve delivering a mineral-laden, multi-layered expressions of his terroirs.
