Brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard represent the eighth generation in their family to harvest these vines in the Montagne de Reims. After gaining rich experiences in France and abroad, they returned to their family estate with a clear vision of how to lead their family estate forward. Les Parcelles is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir, combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse. Harvested primarily in 2017, this cuvée comprises 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay and has spent four years on lees before disgorgement. Dosage: 1.8 gr/l.
