Pierre’s winemaking journey started only a few years ago at the age of 32 when he returned home to recover a parcel of vines after the passing of his grandfather. Based in the small village of Husseren-les-Châteaux, he sits at the highest elevations in Alsace, imparting a great sense of freshness to the wines.

A combination of Pinot Gris and Sylvaner was harvested separately and both were macerated on the skins for 5 days. The juices were combined during élevage and then bottled pet nat style. Pierre's wines are delicately structured, perfumed and brimming with energy.
