This family owned and operated vineyard was established in 1786. When François took over the winemaking from his father in 1987, he introduced modern wine making techniques and tactfully preserved the old world style and grace thus maintaining the winery’s reputation as a top producer in Vouvray. This wine has richness and depth thanks to the 5 months of fine lees aging in various varieties of oak.
