Cyril Cuche makes unpretentious, unsulfured wines from his meticulously farmed land. Puech Redon is a large property: in total, 380 hectares are split between 200h of cereals, 52h of vines, and over 100 of woods and garrigues. After a chance meeting with natural wine rockstar Eric Texier, the two instantly hit it off. Through a bond of shared experience, they agreed to collaborate on the vinifications. Apparente is aged mainly in concrete tank. It is bottled unfiltered and unsulfured and usually lands at no more than 12%, by intention a light, fresh, easy-drinking style.
