Fabrice Pouillon is dedicated to the vitality, energy and health of his vineyards. In 2003, he began the work of conversion to organic viticulture at his sites in Vallee de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. Today, he incorporates biodynamic principles into his work including compost management, spraying herbal “teas” and applying 500 and 501 treatments. 

The ‘Grand Vallee’ is a blend of crus from all of Pouillon’s holdings with roughly 65% Pinot Noir, 20% pinot meunier and 15% chardonnay fermented half in neutral barrique and half in enameled tank. The thoughtful vineyard and cellar work pay off in a lively and uplifting wine that we are proud to offer.
