The varieties selected to make this wine all have a common theme, they have an ability to hold loads of acid when grown in a warm viticultural climate. Vermentino for it's ability to produce great wine in a warm dry environment. Fiano, for it's fragrant flavor an Greco to give a crunchy acid punch. And Arinto, rounding out the others. The wine was fermented without any additions and aged for seven months in stainless steel.

Soil: Well drained red clay with silt deposits
