The Roc des Anges winery started in the early 2000s in the Côtes du Rousillon area near the Spanish border. Marjorie Gallet, who grew up in the Northern Rhone, was in her early 20s when she came across old vineyards that were abandoned. Marjorie and husband Stéphane make some of the most exciting wines coming from the Roussillon. If you like medium to fuller whites give this unoaked gem a try with a plate of cheese and you have your afternoon set.
