A beautifully nuanced medium-bodied Arneis.  White flowers and citrus oils on the nose lead to stone fruit and spring honey on the palate.  Dry but balanced, with body to support its excellent acidity.  This will match any cozy pasta of north Italy as well as it will a caesar salad, but is wonderful even on its own.  

The Arneis is from organically tended vineyards planted on mixed sandy and limestone soils at 250 meters.  The hand-harvested grapes are pressed and chilled overnight to lock in the fresh aromatics before the juice enters fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel vats.
