Benedicte is a second generation of winemakers, together with her father Benedicte transformed their vineyard from organic to biodynamic, going in lengths to separate the first 3 rows of vines closets to its neighbors from the vines going into the champagne. An exquisite champagne bursting with ripe red fruits. Although this wine is Brut Nature, it has a voluptuousness to the fruit that completes this wine.
