Sylvain Pataille has built quite a name for himself in Burgundy. He is the king of Aligoté, consults at 15 other domaines in Burgundy, and has made a name for himself producing stellar wines, while staying out of the three-digit price point in Burgundy. This wine is drinkable & enjoyable now but will be rewarding in a few years. There are many layers of red fruits & purple flowers woven together with integrated acidity and elegant yet structured tannin.
