Alessandra Bodda runs the estate her great-grandfather founded in 1903, farming thirty hectares of indigenous Piemontese varieties with the help of her son Emanuele. Tenuta La Pergola, is located with the town of Cisterna d'Asti. Kermit Lynch blended this fruit with the inspiration of what a perfect Italian trattoria wine would look like, one this is superbly delightful. Brambly fruit, bright acidity and earthy tannin make this wine perfect for any table, especially pizza and pasta night.
