Before acquiring vineyards, Georges Delille trained as a sommelier in Paris. In 1963, he bought what would become Domaine de Terrebrune, a property in Ollioules, just east of Bandol, framed by the Mediterranean and the mountain called Gros-Cerveau. He was later joined by his son Reynald. Giving up lots of citrus, green apple and citrus rind, the wine is medium-bodied, crisp and tart on the palate. It will be a perfect meal starter on a warm spring day.
