Dominik Huber, founder of trailblazing Priorat winery Terroir Al Límit, is one of the most ground breaking winemakers in Priorat. Terroir Sense Fronteres, is his new project next door in the wine region Montsant. He is poised to break boundaries all over again. His quest is to return to wines that express a natural, direct connection to the earth. Fronteres Blanc is a medium bodied blend of Macabeu & Garnacha Blanca. The nose is expressive full of flinty freshness and fresh spring greens. The palate is medium bodied & a touch waxy, but held up but a refreshing dose of acidity, boasting notes of lemon oil, fresh citrus, ginger and chamomile. 

Pairing: Frittata, seafood pasta, pesto, risotto. Foods that tend to be more savory and less acidic.
