Thibaud Boudignon, originally from Bordeaux, honed his winemaking craft while working at Philipe Charlopin in Gevrey-Chambertin during the early 2000s. It wasn't until 2009 that he began to make wine under his own name from a scant 3.5 ha in the heart of Anjou and Savennieres. Today, Thibaud is one of the most exciting producers in the region. His Chenin Blanc has been showing a presence in restaurants across France and the US and it's not a bottle to be missed.
