Made in the village of Quintanamanvirgo in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. A tiny town of only 90 people, which 85 of them work at the winery. The remaining work at the bar. Around 100 year old vines of bush trained Tinto Fino (local name for Tempranillo). Winemaker Fernando de la Cal, preserves the elegance of his fruit by practicing minimal intervention in the winery. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for three months before release. I bright and lovely Tinto Fino. Bright red cherry fruits jump from the glass, with hints of strawberry freshness.
