Trediberri Barolo, Italy 2017
Trediberri has done a wonderful job of producing a Barolo that is approachable in its youth, yet you could put in your cellar and be very happy with the results. There is a consistent note of elegance in Trediberri, representing the terroir of La Morra. Traditional methods of winemaking are displayed here utilizing 3 week macerations, cement fermentation, & aging in large botti. 2017 was a warm vintage, one of the warmest and driest on record but this wine retains lovely freshness.
