Troupis' Agiorgitiko is harvested from a mountainous area, toward the peak of Mount Kyllini at 2,360ft. The diurnal temperature shift and the gravel soils give this wine its lift & mineral driven qualities. Red cherries and pomegranate linger across the palate giving way to soft but present tannin.
