Justin Willet, one of the few young California winemakers who illustrates the importance of Terroir through his wines. This Santa Barbara Pinot Noir is sourced from Bien Nacido, Dierberg, Drum Canyon, Sanford and Benedict vineyards. Fermented with native yeast and aged for 8-9 months in French oak. Bottled infiltrated and unfined.
